Third test (Valencia).

Last Wednesday (8th of September) we tested in Ricardo Tormo track, in Valencia. It was our third test day since we started training with the BOTT M210.
The target of the day was to test several things, so we didn’t concentrate too much on the laptimes. There was quite work in the box, so we didn’t have time to take photos or videos.
One of the things we tested was the final tail that we will use on this bike.

We are happy because the bike doesn’t have problems by the moment. We keep accumulating kilometers and working on the bike setup.

We were sharing the track with 2 powerful Spanish teams, team Aspar and team Pons, who were also testing there. From Aspar team were riding Julian Simon and Mike Di Meglio (Moto2) and Terol and Bradley Smith (125). Pons was training with their Moto2 riders, Gadea and Axel Pons.

Tomorrow, monday 13th of September, we will test again in Valencia. This time our target will be to ride as much laps as possible and to see where we are regarding lap times. Let’s see how everything goes on!

  1. Hi David good to see that you are making progress with the bike.

I was just wondering what you are running in terms of electronic aids, any traction control or anti wheelie at this stage?

  2. Not too bad…55 laps

Only which team is “Herreros” 😉 seems like Motociclismo doesn’t know it was Bottpower…considering those are team driving in the World championship Moto2, like Scott Redding then 2 seconds for a motorcycle with a standard engine and still in it’s development seems like a good start!

  3. Ok thank you.

It will be interesting to see how you fine tune the bike, will you be able to put out telemetry or other insigth information?
