Customer project: BOTT XR1 in Costa Rica

In this post you can see some pictures that Gian Maria, from Costa Rica, just sent me.
He is building a BOTT XR1 with some extras: carbon fiber tank and seat, Öhlins shock, special triple clamp, Easton handlebar, ISR levers, etc.
With only a few days working on it, he has his project very advanced.

This is the engine-swingarm-rear wheel assembly. As you can see Gian María has a very nice garage.

Here the main parts of the bike are already assembled: frame, subframe and front end.

And here we have the bike with the carbon fiber parts. The seat is not yet clamped on its final location. It is necessary to add the air intake assembly, to locate properly the wiring loom and to finish several details more. But it already looks very nice.

Regarding the final aesthetics, Gian María is working on a livery based on the 1972 Lotus JPS. I think it is going to look really nice!

We are looking forward to see the bike finished!
