  1. #3 is not bad. The plat is too flat and simple. Check out Roland Sands KRV5 tracker. The front plat needs some 3d shape to it.

  2. Thank you everybody for giving your opinion. It seems that here #2 is the winner, by the moment. In the Spanish site a lot of people was also interested in #1.

Charlie, I like it flat. Of course this is just personal taste. One of the points I like of this bike is that the design is quite simple, even a little bit rough, like the real flattrackers. I think this gives some kind of authenticity to the aesthetics.

  3. Well I’ll throw my vote in for number one. So you’ve got at least one vote on the english site for number one. Maybe it’s even something you could make as a further option?

  4. Headlight option no.1 please, although the offset option no.2 idea might be better suited for a shallow “plate mount” style.

Option no.5 could be the use of 50mm low/dip beam unit on high/left side, with shallow PAR36 used for high/driving beam on lower/right side.

OR the simple option for Hella 90mm Bi-Halogen unit, offset to one side for mounting clearance at rear of headlamp module.

  5. I think they all look pretty damned good but I’m tied between number 2 and Edgar’s proposal.

Keep up the good work. I look forward everyday to checking for updates on your projects.

  6. # 02 has it for me as you can still display a number on the front plate. i feel that the other arangements just dont work with a number plate that you cant put a number on??? Great desings 🙂

  7. Number 1 or 3 but ideally I would like to see a sandwich cut numberboard with LED lighting technology to illuminate a cut-out number “1” for a true flat-track look.

  8. Ithink #2 is the winner, but just for intrest i would like to play around with a v-rod faring held in tight against the forks with maybe the head light off to one side ( suzuka 24hr ) style!!!

  9. I have seen the different front plate headlight designs. Instead of something cutting edge and quirky, why not something simple and straight forward like two of the smaller lights side by side near the bottom. That way you will still have plenty of room to put a number above the lights for that full race look and still be streetable.
